Bound Greaves or Gauntlets exist?
Do we have Bound Greaves and Gauntlets? I got lvl 50 in conjuration but cant find anyone who sells the spell or tome

Assuming it hasn't been changed...

Bound Gauntlets and Greaves are purchased at Chorrol Mages Guild.

Is there a specific person? I've checked everyone even after resting 3 days on the other side of the world

Alberic Litte. He has to be stood in the main room to become a vendor though and he wanders. Obviously you need to have joined the Mages Guild too.

You might have to try waiting an hour at a time and then give him some time to move after each wait to see if he does actually move.
