Is Telekinesis working?
I know there's the bug with Starlight not working in first person. I've picked up Remote Manipulation but it doesn't seem to be working. From what I remember in the original it would show you interactions for the item from afar and I'm not getting that either. When I hit weapons and Welkynd stones with it they just get pushed slightly. Am I dumb?

this. Telekinesis is broken atm.

As it was in GOTY edition, Telekinesis worked like an extended grab arm. At the moment it just pushes what you've casted on.

Might have been a range issue. It's working as I recall again.

Yes and no? Yes I apparently massively underestimated how close 10 feet was or how tall my character is. It works on some things. It won't work on weapons on the ground, it doesn't work on Alchemy gear, and I don't think it works on Welkynd Stones. I can levitate bowls though. Not really sure whats going on with it.
Mysticism was hit hard with bugs in the Remaster. I only have the 1st tier telekinesis spell Remote Manipulation, but its range is the same range as your default grab range, making it rather useless. There's also a bug with Detect Life where invisible npc's don't seem to be affected by it. The range on that spell is also way too short.

These issues weren't in the original Oblivion, and I hope there's a fix for these issues soon, official or otherwise.
I can confirm that telekinesis works. It's a bit tricky to understand the control on it though. For the PC version you cast the spell with "C" and then use your left mouse button to pull the item in close to you. You can use the right mouse button to move it farther away from you, essentially throwing it across the room. Don't know why you would want to do that though.

It has a use for Atronachs, it will give back more Magicka then spent past a certain threshold. Somewhere in the mid 30s. It's only like 1 point but I'm guess once you get the cap on absorb it works great for a refill.

Even at 86% absorb if you miss one out of ten it sets me back. I just use a telekinesis staff for refilling. Works great.

Not to mention Detect Life works on vampires. There undead so it shouldn't work on them. But I can't get Telekenisis working either, so screw it.
Telekinesis works*
* you can grab and hold an item with it but you can't interact with it in any way until the spell wears off. Be careful grabbing something the second it wears off too, could be unrelated but twice I've been mashing 'E' when it wore off and ended up getting the infinite loading screen bug when i next tried to transition screens.

If you're an Atronach it has been patched so you can still use it even with 100% spell absorb and it still recovers your magicka like the original.
