Necromancers moon / shade of revenant nonexistant

so ive been trying to get black soul gems for awhile. i've waited at every single shrine for 8 days straight continuously, even danced between all of them as it's supposed to last for 24 hours and there's been no world event showing, leading to zero black soul gem production.

I even did the mages guild quest that spawns a worm anchorite (according to the day it happens) only for him to immediately walk back into the dark fissure, or just stare at the altar and do nothing.
I even killed him, casted a soul trap on the altar and a prompt for the quest appeared stating "i have found evidence of necromancers creating black soul gems" like, according to this game, black soul gems are just a hoax that i'm also perpetuating as i've seen none in the actual game that actually functioned as black soul gems.

I thought it was bugged as well but eventually was able to get it to show in the sky at the dark fissure. Something might still be off about it tho.

i can make them but the necromancers for me just stood there glitched, not making them for the quest prompt, i got my reveanent on day they appear on day 1, 9, 17, 25, 33

make sure your waiting on night before so like 11pm day 24

I been having problems with the "Shade of the Revenant" event. I tried waiting multiple times and loaded multiple saves and still can't get it to pop up.... I need help understanding this shade table... it's every 8 days from when the king dies plus how many days you spent in jail so for me I am at 321 days and 5 days in jail and my calendar is on 13th of sun's height, 3E 434 so I have to do something like 321 which is supposed to be shade day plus the 5 days in jail so it would be the 326th day or am I wrong?
