Dynamic Enemy Leveling..
Was playing on console (XSX) andI saw you could level lockpicking to 100 in 5 minutes. I did that because it's nice to be able to pick locks without too much BS.

Anyway, reached a bed and forgot that I'm now able to level up many times. I thought 'whatever, they adjusted the leveling in this game, it's okay to be OP for a few hours".

Anddddddddd, enemies suddenly take 500 hits to die lmao! Guess the most sh!tty feature of oblivion in still in the game, aka the dynamic enemy level scaling -__________-

(that being said, AMAZING GAME. love what they did with it..... aside from the performance :-P)

Yes, enemy scaling is unchanged, but player scaling is what's different.

It's still a jank and assbackwards system, but it doesn't nearly ruin your character because you wanted to play a necromancer and dared to select conjury as one of your major skills.

Sadly, the powerleveling method you did still makes bandits in daedric armor quite a handful.
Low skills in combat and I'm guessing under-powered gear for your level. That's that bad part of power-leveling, if it's not combat skills and you suddly have sub-par gear is can be all the more challenging to catch up. The only benefit is, if you manage to kill these enemies, they likely have better gear than you do.
