Stop running out of stamina.

when you are out of stam you are subject to being knocked down. i think i remember that being in the original. if you drained fatigue on mobs you could knock them over.

but i am stumbling even by just running, when stamina went to 0, (outside of any combat)

Same here, this happened constantly after completing gauntlet of the crusader quest. Maybe have something to do with that

It seems the Curse of the Consumed from the Crusader quest causes a glitch where it keeps decreasing fatigue even after doing any action that requires it. Your fatigue reaches a a negative because of it. This is one annoying bug since it affects your entire play-through.

Hope this helps -

After retrieving the gauntlets there is a curse put on your character that will make you stumble when you run out of stamina. You can check this debuff for yourself under Magic - Active Effects.

You must complete the quest line and then you will receive the Blessing of Talos which will remove the debuff and you will no longer stumble from running out of stamina.

One thing to also note that tripping over can cause the camera glitch. It moves your camera higher than your body, and the only fix for that is to restart your game.

Yea, finished the quest last night. That seems to have fixed it. Now I'm unsure whether it was intentional or is actually an unforeseen bug due to how the curse drains fatigue.
