Shivering Isles not unlocking
Anyone else finding that the Shivering Isles isn't unlocking for them either? I've waited in game for 24 hours, and I've slept in game for 24 hours. So far no quest or even a door.

Imagine if they kept all the damn pop ups from the prison exit in the original? That would be annoyingly hilarious

The DLCs are level locked. So no Shivering Isles before level 25 for you.

I just found out that the Shivering Isles is still accessible regardless of player level. It's still in Niben Bay, just swim out to the island with the madness portal and the quest will pop up.
