Confirmed - she was behind the first hard door. opened it, and she was directly behind it. Had to enter the room to speak with her and she wasn't aggressive since it was trespassing to unlock that door.

lmao i had the same problem and in deed, she was behind the door , so many npcs are glitched on this version of the game
