World Stutter after opening and closing map, ESC menu and any other menu ?

The Jail tutorial part was fine, now on open world every time I open and close the Settings menu, Character menu or any other menu, my game just lags and stutters terribly.

Its rly not a mod, it's just engine.ini file thats edited and tweaked. It rly helps and makes a difference

Are you using Nvidia GPUs? I had to change from Displayport to HDMI recently (before this game) to avoid some serious issues with my 4090. Also had to downgrade to a much older driver (566.03).

Im using on a 3070 with HDMI cable.

Yea, I got the Ultimate Engine Tweaks mod and so far it's been much better. Sometimes I get the stuttering when I close a menu still but for the most part the mod helped a lot
