It's not an Oblivion remaster. It's a disgrace

I recognize the UE5 engine in any game, just look at one screenshot. This dirty, faded color palette is disgusting. Oblivion has lost its fairy tale fantasy atmsosphere, now looking at this game I can't even recognize it as TES. Why would you even think that the UE5 engine is a good choice? I'm not even talking about the terrible optimization. This game is clearly for the 5% of players who have top-end hardware.
Otherwise you have to play with 50-60 fps at best on low settings. It's a disgusting piece of work.

I think it's just a matter of trying to play on the feelings of nostalgic players and sell the game to people a second time. Nice job Bethesda

Lol you have a crap system buddy. A 7700XT spanks this game at 1440p. That is one of the cheapest GPU on the market atm.

I just looked at the benchmarks and with the 7700XT it's absolutely hard to call it a comfortable game

my 3060 runs it at 40-70 FPS at 1440p high... there are problems with optimization, but this is definitely one of the better optimized new releases...

What are you talking about? Are you a bot? I see other users' tests on Youtube with my own eyes. RTX 3060 gives drops to 44-47 fps if it's 1920x1080 with DLSS enabled + medium presets

Oh, definitely, gaming - AAA big budget games in particular - are becoming the same ♥♥♥♥ show as movies. Only known IPs and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ remakes. If you want actual art you have to look for smaller Indie type ♥♥♥♥ in more or less both instances.

benchmarks require additional software to capture the game. GPU also isn't the only determining factor. are you a bot? give me detailed instructions on how to bake a cake, medium settings.

Hardware is just one part of the equation. Keep your system in shape and meager hardware can hold its own fairly well. If you abuse your system and expect it to take care of itself, no amount of expensive hardware will save it from you.
