My luck build went from 59 to 13 luck after the Aleswell quest.
Does the completion of the quest lower my luck or is it a disease from a wolf or something? Cause I got the message right after I completed the quest.

You should see your static effect in the magic menu. If there is nothing there, it was likely damaged by a poison. Pray at a church or use a restore luck potion to get it back.

Haha, you got played by the wizard. If he likes you he gives you a ring that protects your luck, if you use the spell scroll without it your luck damages. Go to any chapel and pray at the altar, your stats will be healed.
some quests have a luck debuff from completion, you can fix this at specific wells or at a cathedral / church. it's not the biggest problem imo.
Using the scroll without equipping the ring the wizard gives you results in a Damage Luck effect. You need to visit a chapel altar or wayshrine, or use a Restore Luck spell scroll, or potion.
I'm not seeing the luck debuff removed. I prayed at kynreath chapel shrine and waited 24 hours, prayed again. Luck is still debuffed.
I unequipped everything. From the magic menu, the only debuffs I see are for my race. With that said, my agility, speed, and luck are all debuffed, I also tried sleeping.

Any thoughts?

Restore luck potion or using the spell or scroll doing the exact same thing.
The alters doesn't work if your infamy is higher than your fame or bcause you have a bounty (even 5 gold bounty prevents this even if the guards don't hunt you for less than 500)

You might need to go inside an actual city chapel and pray at the main big altar. not the little or outdoor ones devoted to a specific deity. There are some small indoor shrines at "priory" sites that work the same way.

I prayed at the small shrines. I'll give that a try. I tried going to the shrine of Kynreath, but can't interact with it.
