Knights of the Nine, Shrine of the Crusader is Bugged

After entering the Shrine of the Crusader and going into the area where the wall is broken, then falls down behind you, the passage ahead is impassable, the way is clearly open and unobscured but no matter how much ive tried getting through the passage I cant. Anyone experienced this?

I've run into this issue as well. No solutions so far unfortunately that I've found

i have found the solution, you need to save and quit to desktop in the blocked area and then restart, it will then work
