Is this as buggy as the original?
I remember I stopped playing the original because my saves kept getting corrupted and in general there were too many bugs for me to enjoy it.
To the people currently playing, does this version feel better in terms of game breaking bugs/corrupted data?

It have more bug than original, for now i find:
1. Cheydinal Mages Guild, i can't go downstairs, something block. I can't finish the quest for raccomandation. Try with an other race but is equal, i can't go downstairs.
2. Battle of Kvatch, Savilian Mathius repeat to clear the courtyard but is already cleared and doesn't go inside the castle to complete quest, so i tried to complete alone but i have failed

I managed to clear the battle for kvatch's broken questline by going into the castle and looting the dead count's body in the back room. Very very "VERY" hard to do solo on expert difficulty, almost gave up and lowered it to apprentice, but after a dozen attempts, and about 80 potions and poisons later, managed to kill the 5 Daedroths 4 scamps and half a dozen flame attronachs guarding it.

On that note, expert difficulty is perfect in how much damage enemies do to you, but you also now hit them for so little damage you may as well be fighting godzilla with a fly swatter, gonna need to mod that crap.

99.99% of vanilla bugs are in the Remastered. For whatever dumb reason they did not integrate unofficial patches to the Remastered version.

I've just reached the final arena fight, but the Grey Prince is completely immune to damage he doesn't have a health bar. No matter how many times I reload an old save, exhaust all dialogue options, or restart the final battle, it's still broken. I can't complete the quest to become Grand Champion.

I can kill him with console commands but then achievements get disabled so its a lose lose situation.

It is indeed buggier than the original Oblivion. Here's a short list of introduced ones if you're curious: https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Remastered_Changes
Ye the minor bugs are still there, and i believe i read they are on "purpose" to give the authentic experience.

It's buggier than the original -- it's literally the same game, without any unofficial bug patches or even official bug fixes from 2006 with an interface to connect it to UE 5 and some minor "changes" in audio and sound.

But that means that all the bugs you had from the old game are present and unpatched in addition to the bugs from UE 5 esp. peformance bugs

There's a reason why people are saying the older one is superior. Of course they are drowned out by the modern gamer that needs to justify their 5090 purchase.

Don't worry, there's crashing and performance loss for everyone :steamhappy:
