Report a translation problem
1. It's how it was in OG Oblivion.
2. Spell-crafting.
You can create custom spells with Magnitude, Area and Duration modifiers. It's much easier for them to implement spell crafting if all the visuals are the same, because then the only thing that needs to be affected is the stats.
Also to note, they change and updated the UI so why do that if its a remaster, right? Oh and they added sprint according to others which i dont recall in the OG version so why add that also?
