How to start old Oblivion DLC quests ?
I've found the Pilgrimage quest for Knights of the Nine, but how do I start the Orrerry, Wizard Tower, Vile Lair etc. and the Shivering Isles quests etc. ?

They do not trigger like OG Game.
You need to ask for rumors, or walk directly on the DLC zone to start it.
Example: Head to Anvil, talk to the prophet
Ask Joffrey for rumors in the priory will start "pilgrimage"

This has been done to not overwhelm new players with full questlogs.

Just find the locations naturally in the game world and the quests regarding them starts. No more mail spam at the start of the game.
