So with the Deluxe edition how do we get access to the armor sets and weapons and horse armors? I would've thought we just got it at the start but I am assuming I am missing something? Huge thanks in advance

Base game has all the DLCs and horse armor. You play the game to get to the DLCs. Horse armor I got it with my free horse at the Imperial horse stables after exiting the initial tutorial cave.

You need to complete two quests to aquire them. So keep asking for rumors.

If you keep asking for rumors to all the npc, you will obtain informations about the two quests. I know one of them start after you find a note about the Mythic Dawn on a barrel in the Talos Plaza District of the Imperial City. For the second one, you need to talk to someone in Kvatch, but I don't know who because I didn't go there yet.

No but they did fix female armor which is now actually functional. Which means no stupid iron armor skirt, no ridiculous chainmail dress and no suicidal boob plates!

Yes I am very blind thats not what I asked I know where the tabs are in the game I was asking how to get the new items that came with he deluxe edition please read

They unlock different than OG game. You have to ask around for rumors or go directly in place to trigger it now. Virtuos changed this to avoid fill the new player quest log in an overwhelming way from the start.

Yeah seems like asking a lot about rumors which I kinda started and one mentioned Kvatch an rumors so ill h ave to do that but what palace are you referencing for which city Imp?
