Gym Navigation Batch File?
The enable gym navigation file in the data folder adds AltarGymNavigation.esp to the plugins file but what the hell does it do and why is it disabled by default. Same with TamrielLevelRegion.esp. It's in the folder but not in the plugins file by default.

Just found this and wondering the same thing, this discussion is the only thing I can find on it.. Hm. I saw that we can open .esps from this in the creation kit from the original so maybe if someone opens up that one it's maybe possible to figure it out, I'd love to know.
