Can’t start thieves guild quest
The argonian won’t appear for the start of the thieves guild quest line - I know this is the same bug as the OG version, But so far the work around haven’t worked and he’s not stuck in the cell 40… Anyone had experience with this?

So I ended up going into all the houses around the waterfront and then suddenly he appeared to be walking so maybe give that a try
