Oblivion combat is better than Skyrim.

Able to block and strike with sword/bent, and cast spell off hand. In Skyrim... I have to "equip" spells into hands.

Skyrim felt so dumbed down compared to oblivion, loved Skyrim but oblivion is better

In Oblivion you can even dodge. In Skyrim you can't.

You need to have Apprentice level in Acrobatics. Then Right Mouse Click + Space while in move

Disagree. The only thing I like better about Oblivion is the ability to still use a spell while keeping your weapon/shield equipped.

Nothing in this game compares to the kill cams in Skyrim. Nothing in this game compares to Fus Ro Dah'ing a whole group of enemies off a cliff, or freezing them in place with frost breath. Nothing in this game compares with maxing out Block and Shield Charging into a group of enemies like they're human bowling pins.

I am not a kill cam guy. Kill moves that is from MODs are great though.

Yeah, this is where the largely dismissed critique about Skyrim dumbing everything down compared to previous titles came from.

I had the same critique. Skyrim is still good, just not as good.
