I have to open the console with forward slash (/) instead of tilde (~)

Just leaving this here for people who run into the same problem I did.

I tried to open the game's console using the Grave Accent/Tilde key, but it didn’t work—even though my keyboard sends the correct Virtual Key and Scan Code.

After a bit of experimenting, I discovered that on my keyboard, I actually have to press the Forward Slash (/) key to open the console.
