Were any of the original bugs fixed in this remaster ?
The original Oblivion was a bug filled mess of a game, and with the changelog from the Unofficial Oblivion Patch online page being the size of a novel, it is making me quite apprehensive to buy this remaster. Have any of you that have played the remaster noticed any of the old bugs returning ?

It’s the same game, same engine merged into UE5 same bugs as well :suzuko1: still a high chance of crashing at the end of the dreamworld quest :sakurabeachmomokolaugh: nothing changed

OH NO ! I also heard that there is no official modding support, this isn't true is it ?
paint brushes have collision and no longer stay in the air when you drop them.

they also invented a new "bug" with trying to dectorate your house with books and setting tables. the items flip around and it's nearly impossible to make anything look nice

No official modding support but almost all original oblivion mods will work on this if the mod authors decide to port it :suzuko1:

Still there are 191 mods on Nexus. One mod lets you call for your horse.

This game is worth it either way, I’m probably going to buy on steam so I can install mods, as game pass you can’t mod the game :scmitsukipout: it’s a really good remaster
The oblivion wiki has a good list of gameplay/balance changes, its actually a good pile of improvements.

As far as bugs go i dont think we will know for sure until the Bug Fix Mod makers dive into the remastered game and compare it to the previous one.
Hopefully the bugs will be much easier to fix in the newer game.
