Yeah, just a nitpick. But the cities still seem like hamlets, and the map is overcrowded with sights more than wilderness (maybe exaggerating)

I wouldn't want that for a remaster/remake, but I'd gladly take larger environments for ES6 so long as there is content to justify the size.
