Alchemy CTD (Can recreate)
I've noticed when crafting potions the game often Crashes to Desktop with an Unreal Engine Crash form.

I'm not sure if it's random or if it only happens when making potions too quickly but it's happened to me about 3 times in the last 30 minutes trying to craft potions.

Anyone else notice this or is it just me?

Yes, all the time. Don't know what to do about it though. I just save a lot and pray.

Same here! It might be specific ingredients (stolen ones?) but I'm just going to horde all my ingredients until this is patched

It depends on which one I'm making. I can mash for most, but Damage Fatigue is making me crash. Does it on both Game Pass and Steam versions on my PC.

Seems to only be with stolen ingredients for me

Never had a crash from using Alchemy.
But I also don't have stolen ingredients, so maybe the people saying about it happening with stolen ingredients are correct.
