EDIT: In the console you can enter: c.Triggers.HapticsPS5 = 0
That disabled adaptive triggers for me. To make it permanent you can edit the Engine.ini file in "Documents/My Games/Oblivion Remastered/Saved/Config/Windows/" and add that line to the end.
This worked for me on Gamepass!!! THANKS
Also remember to set the engine file to Read only after editing so it will save properly
I tried doing as you suggested and added the following code to the last line of the Engine.ini file: c.Triggers.HapticsPS5 = 0.
However, it still didn't work (or: it had no effect). Despite this, using the command in the game's console works without any problem.
If you have a solution to make this permanent, I would appreciate it.
Thanks
Sad but true. You can find a mod on NexusMods that can reverse that, but honestly, devs need to stop disabling achievements in games. After all, they can't stop us; we can just add them with a simple third-party tool.
Alternatively they need to add a toggle to the in-game options menu to disable Adaptive Triggers.
