However Frostcrag is not acquired the same as it was in the original. I don't know how (yet) but it seems all the mini DLC's were woven more naturally into the game similar to how Skyrim Anniversary Edition did it. Some might come from rumors, or one of those newly voiced NPCs you can sometimes find around places. Or perhaps a courier running up to you at level 20. But its not like the original where you get spammed with 10 quests right out of the gate

Interestingly once I was told about Frostcrag Spire using the persuasion mini game and rumor option I would hear NPC conversations about it. I am pretty sure you still have to get the marker through the rumor option but it was cool the developers took the time to add it in to the conversation pool for NPCs.
i've only purchased the basic house in the imperial city and it looks exactly like it did in the original except it has new graphics and the fireplace benefits from the new lighting so it looks much better then it used to
