Just do this - flickering fix and performance

This fixed a flickering problem and added performance for me. Stolen from: https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivionremastered/mods/183?tab=description
Lumen begone. Disables lumen rt.
add this

to:
(note: if using a microsoft account, make sure you're not in the onedrive version of documents. Use the file explorer starting with drive c.)
