BUG Vicente Valtieri Bald

Vicente Valtieri of the Dark Brotherhood loads in as bald sometimes. It just happens. He is just missing his hair sometimes.

I first met him bald, i was like oh a typical bold vampire that we'd see at movies, then after doing a contract i see this fellow with a long hair i thought he was new then i see the name was suprised, id asked if i can if hes wearing a wig

I meet him also bald and was like: this dude had hair?
then he found after I came back his Wig XD
