First Run was great. Second time Crash from Out of Memory.

I guess this game is still buggy being so new. I played for the first time last night and everything ran great. I just went to play it again and the moment I clicked Continue from main mention, it crashed for being out of memory.

Im on Ryzen 9 7900X & RTX 4070 Ti Super
I thought this is above system recommended requirements.
How is it out of memory?

Not sure if this will work for you but tweaking the Engine.ini file fixes the problem. I had the same issue on Stalker 2 and The Finals and that worked. This is a guide I found that explains how to do it;
