If you can't run DLAA and you are using the DLSS tiers that upscale...well why would you expect it to look good? Get a better GPU.

DLSS 4 on quality works flawlessly in every games, no ghosting no shimmering except in this game
Yeah it "works" if you don't mind upscaling and reduced visual quality so that games will run on your potato PC. DLAA is the way to go if you care about a crisp image.
