SHRINE OF AZURA BUG ?
OK so i'm Blood of Daedra quest and i'm at the part where i have to activate the Shrine of Azura.

I have the glow dust for the offering, but the game doesn't give me the option and all it says is "nothing happens" when i try to activate the shrine.

Anyone know a solution ?

it has to be dusk or dawn. when you activate the shrine (5pm-7pm or 5am-7am)

The artifact you get from this quest is really good, so if you are into enchanted weapons i'd find another artifact to use for the quest

Crap

I'm at the Gutted Mine but the enemies there are brutal, not sure what i should do, at the moment using a 2H sword.
I was able to kill them all using a Lesser Staff of Lightning I held on to. My problem is... Everyone in there is dead now, but the quest isn't updating progress. The first Afflicted Brethren was already having a permanent nap when I entered the cave though. Searched the cave top to bottom, went back to Azura's Shrine with some more Glow Dust at Dawn. Nothing...

Same with me Idk what to do i waited 3 days in anvil and Imp City but still nothing
Same, vamps are dead and quest is just not progressing. I even loaded an early save where, I still had 2 left to kill, got them and its not updating. I also thought that worn-note you pick up from one of them had something to do with it. But leaving it at the shrine isn't triggering any either.

(edit) I've now realized there are 5 vampires, but the Gutted mine only had 4?? where is this 5th vamp? all walk-throughs I've seen have said there are 5 in the mine?

Confirmed, need to load back to a save where this cave is in a clean state. If any of the Afflicted Brethren are already dead before you get to them. It will not trigger the next phase. Player must kill all Afflicted Brethren to progress.

i have the same issue
I suggest to wait until 4 am or 5 am to start the quest to enter the Vampire domain , you need two things a spell to cure diseases or a potion to cure diseases . Stealth in this quest doesnt have to be incredibly high and a well lit area is needed for the darkest parts of the game set just high enough to see your way or use spells to see in the dark. Any sort of light other wise will be an onslaught of attacks . Youll need to go to a church shrine for any diseases you may get inside most of the time its a vampire disease that causes you to become a vampire if you dont know where to go to cure your self I suggest to check your status when you leave it will in your Magic folder it will be a bad thing o get early in the game. There are mysteries though out the game that will be thoughout the game if you played this game until you completed every main quest or every side quest and dont know what to do , well its a good thing we are able to look it up in the internet to find out where to go and how to get there .

The vampires are 5 tough fighters, as the story implies. But they are spaced out, and you most likely will fight three single and one pair. You can ignore the disease, it takes three nights to become a vampire. If you before that visit a church, drink a cure disease potion or cast the spell, you are fine.
Vampires have a weakness to fire. Bringing flaming weapons or fire spells as a mage gives a slight edge.

I naveer had a problem with the quest myself, but with another daedric quest. What I learned there is to check several things:
- Is the quest still active? If yes, nothing has gone awry.
- Have you talked with all related NPCs? In Azura's case not a problem, but with other quests it can be.
- Are you in the right place? Yes, it is simple and nobody should be wrong, but you can mistake one place for another easily enough (...bloody flooded cave...).
- Did you really kill all vampires? You get a message after each one dying.
- You can come back after the respawn period is over and check again for missing undead.

Maybe not possible for you due to level, but you can get Goldbrand from Boethia's shrine, if you need a burning weapon.
I ran out cause they were kicking my ass and they followed me out of the mine. Now I can’t complete the quest cause not all the enemies are there anymore.
