English subtitles
I've toggle on option with subtitles vision, but this works only for dialogue. General subtitles (when NPC speaks out load, talks about rumors and so on; or some combat replics) are missing. Is there any other option to toggle it on&

It is on max by default.

- open console by pressing "~" button
- type "showsubtitle" without quotes and press enter

Worked for me, non-dialogue subtitles showed up
