Potion of restore Magika

I went with the birthsign that stunts your magic regen which is fine by me because I also went with the magic specialisation so even though all my spells are minor skills they still get an exp boost, but I haven't been able to find an easy source of alchemy ingredients to mass produce magicka potions. I found flax seeds in the outside which restore magicka but I haven't come across anything else I can mix with it. Any thoughts on where I should go?

Flax is most abundant on the road from Skingrad to Kvatch. Blue Entoloma is most common on the road from Weyon Priory to the Bruma junction.
