Weird 1st person POV bug

I am getting this bug where I am like 10 foot tall in the the first person POV. But more so like I am floating in the air. I have to look down to encounter enemies. When I are 3rd person, I am totally level with the enemies and not 10ft tall.

I had that yesterday just before a series of freezes and crashes. It must be related.
Unreal Engine seems to be a major disaster.

I had to restart the game to fix it when i had it. Im assuming you all have done that? In addition, i had a friend who had something similar but in reverse. They fixed it by getting on and off their horse, then reloading the game. I think it may have to do with horses and the camera shift as you get on one...

i got this bug and going to main menu then reloading fixed it.

This can be fixed by going to 3rd person view, quicksaving, then quickloading, going back to 1st person and saving.

Interesting as the information I saw mentioned actually manually selecting the loads and saves not using the quick options or choosing to continue from last save. I have not had this problem it would be interesting if the OP could come back to say which path he had success with.
