How do you access the new DLC Quests?
For things like the deluxe edition items, or the houses like the Wizard's tower and horse armor.

Normally those pop up when you leave the sewers after the tutorial, but now they don't.

So maybe its a coincidence, but several of these things just kinda happened for me.

For example: Frostcraig spire was.... just there. After i got to cloud ruler, i looked over, there it is. Walked over to it, started the quest no problem.

Knights of the nine also kinda just happened on it own. I went to i think anvil, chapel was destroyed, so im thinking "oh its just some questline whatever" then i talk to the priest outside Kvatch, the bald monk looking guy, and all of the sudden im getting gear for the knights of the nine and whatnot.

Its there, just not explicitly.

Right now, more important than anything else, is figuring out how to stop the crashes. Locking 60 FPS, turning off DLSS and FSR, i mean literally trying everything. Hopefully you dont start crashing too
The horse armor can be gotten just by going to the same stables as before and talking to the orc there. I have not yet attempted to go for one of the houses, but I suspect that's the same thing. The quest for the Nine is entered the same way, it seems, and I imagine that will be true of shivering isles. It would help, however, to make a guide to let everyone who hasn't played the older version know where they can go to start those questions (I imagine that both the dark brotherhood house and the wizards tower may be harder to find without the quest markers, though I imagine the castle will be just as easy as before, since it's just up the road from town. And it's so easy to run into it just walking up the road.
Also been curious. Didnt get the deluge of random notes and quests added to my character at the start like i was used to in the original. Also haven't gotten the chance to actually get to any dlc starts (except anvil and the knights of nine chapel attack/prophet). Probably gonna be checking if the "strange door" is already in the bay or not next.

I started both deluxe quests from the Imperial city by talking to some npcs about rumors, the quests are called "A Wound In Time" and "Burning Trail"
The strange door does just exist already in the bay, so yeah, seems all the normal areas/rumors/prompts to get the DLC missions started still exist like they did in the original. You just don't get the flood of info telling you where to go for each at the start like you used to. Can still just stumble across it or encounter rumors about the content.
