Life detect particles are so hard to see

I think the update graphic nerfed life detect. The partial are impossible for me to see. Anyone know if this is improved via graphic settings?

I also cannot see Detect Life very well at all. I used a 180ft sigil stone and I can barely see the tiny pink sparkles. I turned up my "Effects Quality" and it did make it better, but, my pc can't run it on the highest setting, and even when I did turn it up to Ultra, it still wasn't very clear.

I have everything on Ultra and am playing in HDR. It's STILL hard to see this effect at long range. Granted, I am only using a 5s spell right now that has that kind of distance, so I don't get a lot of time to scan the area unless I keep pinging it. But it's still too subtle. That far away, the little sparkles kind of fade into the noise of the environment and don't stand out at all.

Also, it seems they can get stuck on dead NPCs sometimes.
