Only age and complexion as sliders?
I watched some creation videos. Are there only sliders on body details for age and complexion? So you can only change wrinkles and tone? No different body sizes, no height, no muscles complexion, nothing else?

I only looked at the face, there were all the original sliders from the face as per the original. Definitely more than just wrinkles and complexion.

Yes, the face I know, but body has no real details. Kind of strange if a warrior is as skinny as a mage.

I agree, in 2025 there really needs to be body sliders in every character creator. But it's a Bethesda game so wait a while and there will be a mod that adds dozens of body sliders.

the character creation is very barebone one could say ♥♥♥♥♥.

Guess one reason more to wait for mods. When I think of racemenu with hundred of sliders.

You can choose different body types though... but it's limited to 2 choices.

So you're all complaining that the character creation stays fairly true to the original? Genuinely believe you actually cannot please gamers.

Keep it the same? "OMG I can't believe they haven't changed it"
Change it? "OMG I can't believe they changed it, we wanting it to be EXACTLY the same as it was!"

People are just looking for a reason to be pissed, all the time.

Nope, it's Oblivion. It never had options for body size changes.

they might not have played the original, and might simply consider getting it as a entirely new experience, and by 2025 standards the character creation is kinda nonexistant in terms of the body itself (face notwithstanding)
Character creation for a first person game where you never even see yourself - or at best third person view from behind... who cares. Just click, randomise, next, next, go.

I care and the many people who did mods about looks and download them? Or do I get told what I should enjoy?

Your bulk comes from your armor, so unless you're planning on running around naked, stop whining. This is how it was 20 years ago, this is how it is now.

20 years ago Oblivion was not even out, it released 2006/2007. Stop hating.

their point still stands... 19 years or 20 years... the difference there is neglectable in this instance... and i go with the first release in may 2006, not the later 2007 release on i think PS
