It does have mod support. Mods already exist on nexus. What it doesn't have is day 1 modding tools, which most Bethesda games have not released with anyway. On top of that they have to figure out how to get the mod stuff to work in tandem with UE5 which can't be an easy task.
Give them a little time.

Skyrim released without official mod support. FO4 released without official mod support. It took a couple of months to really get good mods out there, but by the time Bethesda decided to get off their behinds and release official modding tools, the modding community was already huge.

The only thing Bethesda does when they release the tools, if give people the opportunity to buy mods from them at inflated prices, instead of getting the mods for free.

It has a EULA that outright says you aren't allowed to mod it. Would hardly say it has "mod support". If i am not mistaken Todd has also mentioned that it will not have mod support in the future (so no development tools made specifically for this version).

That said, its likely a generic EULA (not written specifically for this game). If they actually try to enforce the no modding rule i doubt it will work out well for them.

And the development tools for old Oblivion seems to work to some degree (its basically the old game wrapped in a new engine). It might not be unfeasible for them to be adapted (by modders) to work with little to no issue for the remaster.

I dont care im referring to if it ♥♥♥♥♥ with modding badly down the line they said they wouldn't release tools. UE5 conflicts and etc but people are dead set on not letting others express worry.

I didn't realize you discriminate against people with big chests and short people, this is a body bigot free space.
I'm not even gonna bother with Elder Scroll 6 since something as simple as Male and Female flavor text mod will get modders ban for it. Bethesda don't deserve my money anymore.

Because you're literally worried about nothing. Unless somehow a) Bethesda decides to not support the cash cow that is modding or B) find some magical way to stop modders from modding, mods will happen.

♥♥♥♥♥ wild, its gettin old how games are getting in general
From the looks of things it is moddable. Probably just as moddable as previous Bethesda titles with a few caveats since the file structure works the same way with ESP and ESM files.
