Ok... I still think FallOut 4 characters look better, though

Fallout 4 had a pretty robust character editor, it was just tedious to use.
waiting for the screenshot.
But the sliders are super weird and are difficult to work with. For some reason some characters looks like they have 10 different appearance mods installed
