Thieves Guild Bug: Armand not showing up.

After pointing the imperial guard guy to the person I framed for thieves guild quest line Armand isn't showing up in the waterfront district garden. I tried every fix I can find from back in the day and still no luck. Anyone run into the same issue?

Yeah same here, I've tried everything but can't get him to spawn in

Alright I just randomly found him beside the waterfront east of the ship? He's just standing outside of someone's home lmao

The quest will only trigger at midnight. Before then he's not available to talk about it. 4:33 am is too late. Try waiting til midnight the next day. Btw if you read the quest giver text they all say to wait until midnight. Not a bug.

sleep in beggars bed until 11pm, then hang around, he walks in with a torch at around midnight and stays till early morning

Ugh, having the same issue... was trying to use the refid, but Idk what his refid is or even if the moveto command works...

I can't get achievements now, because of course... but whatever, I'm playing on gamepass atm, I'll get achievements once I buy it on steam lol.

Doesn't work for me, he's just completely gone. After the bust quest it says "wait until the next midnight" but I've been standing there from 11pm to 1am every night for two weeks and he never shows up. He's not in the warehouse basement either. lol...

I had to use the quotation marks in the command, and the a needed to be lowercase. did it give an error after you put it in?

If you wrote it exactly the way I did, and there was no error given, try doing it again while not in the garden, hell while not in imp city if you want. go across the lake to that lil' village. Maybe he's glitched under the map or something stupid, and it thinks he already *is* there?
