Why is this Steam Deck Verified?

On gameplays it looks like the framerate barely reaches 30 fps in open world on low settings and 480p resolution.

Btw i found a small fix, but it requires tinkering. If you want to know , go to nexusmod , download and replace the engine.ini file disabling the lumen. The mod is called "Lumen BEGONE". It is pretty helpful.

lol mine runs fine at 30fps stable with FSR AA Native and looks awesome for it being the Steam Deck

The pirate copy is full of russian miners, maybe thats why

Because they did a rushed release when it clearly needed more testing and development, Microsoft is about to be in the news for a lot of things wrong from helping Israel with the genocide to the oncoming zenimax strike. They wanted to cover it up with a "LOOK AT OUR COOL GOOD LOOKING REMASTER"

I'm betting the original plan was to release it next year with more testing and stability given it's Oblivion's 20th anniversary but needed something quick to distract people.
