while in 1st person everyone and everything looks tiny but when I go into 3rd person I look normal? while in 1st person I'm always looking down?

Have you looked at your FOV settings? There are separate FOV sliders for first and third person.

These sliders will change your perspective of scale.

There is a console command that sets the player's scale (it sets both third and first person). - console commands will disable achievements

It's

player.setscale 1.0

1.0 should be default, other than that, without seeing a screenshot I'm not sure if you're experiencing a bug or what.

PS: I see the screenshot, yea no clue about that. Certainly a bug.

I'm having exactly the same. In first person I'm so tall. In oblivion tunnels I glitch through roof at times.

the only fix i have found out is to restart your game, you dont have to go third person or anything just quicksave and exit game and start it again and it will be fixed when you get back in, its quite annoying happens when ever i get knocked down 100% of time time

Think I know what caused it. sometimes when I drink some alcohol my character gets knocked down (forced 3rd person while this happens) and after I'm in that camera height glitch.
