How does people modding their single player experience effect you?

how is cooking crack in your home?

It is a crime or more precise might be a crime in the future.

Do you really want to have that attached to you? Perhaps going into prison later.

Can you explain what's illegal about the mod? Are you a legal expert of some kind? Note that impersonation of a lawyer or other legal counsel is ACTUALLY a crime in many countries.

Well, it's a miserable attempt at a Clown Farm thread, that's for sure. Looks like a novice doing their best, learning as they go along. Anyhoo, that mod is out in the wild now. Even in here, I've seen two posts linking different sites, and as for Reddit it will be all over the place. The Devs would have caused WAY less of a ruckus if they'd just stuck to Female and Male. Talk about adding fuel to the fire!

Nexus doing Nexus things is one thing, but them deciding that something isn't allowed on their platform doesn't automatically make specific mod forbidden everywhere.

Just that they don't want to host it, but other websites can.

yeah nexus mods is not the only place you can get mods so you can put men and women into the game if you want. What is odd is how they dropped this body type 1 and body type 2 right after lords of the fallen updated their game and removed body types and just went with Male and Female. Coincidence? Or is bethesda trying to show up lords of the fallen devs for removing body types.

Me personally I don't see a big deal in having Body types over Male and Female as long as the game is not woke in quest, story , character etc. Just some body types at character selection if that helps some people feel happy then good for them. Doesn't bother me either way. Even though male and female is what it usually is.

And in another day, despite the screaming and yelling the pretend anti-woke are pretending to do, they'll forget about this entirely and move on to the next game to have faux issues with.

They do it because it works. What works? The attention.

It's not about the attention. It's about the diversion. The game still crashes in the same ways and for the same under the hood reasons as it did back in 2006.

*if* it impacts sales, they'll say it was subjected to a review bombing attempt by far right trolls in their financial reports. So they don't have to say they're capable of making a technically sound product.

I became hyperaware of this for stating "The rings of power isn't true to tolkien, I hate it". Suddenly I was a white supremacist, a misogynist, and a chud. They literally did not buy the most important book to make what they did.

Rings of power sucks, and so does this game. Bethesda sucks even harder.

The game can still under preform on sales btw. Just like bud light, there's an alternative in the original oblivion.

It's not about how many sales it gets. It's about whether their sales figures meet the targets for them to hit their revenue guidance. If they fail to hit it, they'll do what every other company has done - tell their employees to STFU and abandoned marginalized identities.
