Character in Menu always unequipped

Hello,
just wondering if anyone got a simmilar problem and maybe a solution
Everytime I go in to Inventory my Character stands there with only his fists up instead of sword and shield.
Its fixed when I unequip and then equip it again until I have a loading screen, then its back to the fists.
It's not a big problem but kinda anoying :/

It's an issue for me as well on both characters I've started. I'm hoping this is going to get fixed whenever they do their first patch

Sheathing your weapon causes it to change. Its a bug.

It's unbelievable that they fixed nothing, but added tons of new bugs.

In the original game your character always held their weapons in the menu even when sheathed.
