Unable to create potions

When I add the 4 ingredients, it does not give me any option to create the potion. Its show the potion the ingredients will create, but no button to create it?

It confused me at first as well, cause hey, played Oblivion 20 years ago. But, did you make sure the effects match? There is no experimentation with ingredients in this one. So for example if both ingredients have 'restore health' as an effect you can make a potion if you select those two but not if it's one of the effects you haven't discovered yet. You can't make failed potions in this one.

On Steamdeck you press X to craft the potion.
