Knights of Nine Missing Shrine of Arkay
The shrine of Arkay is missing and replaced by the shrine of Zenethir or however you spell it. Theres two of the same shrine, but no Arkay so you cant complete the quest

I opened a ticket for this, no help. Reading online, its a bug and randomly happens to other shrines as well.

On a side note, there's more than one of each shrine that arent listed on the pilgrimage map. So you and I both should still be able to complete the quest, just need to look up where to find the alternate shrine
