Yeah, every time I draw or put away my bow when light is shining at me I see it. It's an issue with ambient occlusion I think. And it's worse if you're running DLSS or FSR. Typical of an Unreal Engine release, really.

its actually the fsr , i tested it , but it minimal if you think about the performace boost that it gives to unreal engine 5 .Although they maybe could fix it so the ghosting is no more .
Framegen ? it tend to create some ghosting

It's only an FSR problem. XESS has no "ghost trails".

Frame generation makes it worse, but even without it's very distracting and ruins the experience for me.

I was so happy that it's a game that actually supports FSR 4, but now I'll have to wait and pray for a fix.

yeah i see , its also my opinion . The smoothness and fps gain in high end pcs is massive to be honest , while keeping every setting high so a fix for the fsr impact and ghosting would be nice . i dont know if someone has reported that to bethesda .
Although i think its FSR 3 not 4 ( sorry if i remember incorrectly )

It also happens with DLSS with DLSS Frame Gen it's mostly noticeable in dark scenes like at night or in a dark dungeon.

It's the upscaling.

Its the worst with fsr by large margin. Better to use xess or tsr. To my eye tsr looks the best in this game
Turn ofs the ai gen frama thats what make you see this trail because it generate extra frame between your actual true frame
It happens also to me (not always) with DLSS Quality and Frame Gen Off. I wonder what causes this.
I can verify it's not frame gen. Whether that's on or off I still get trails with FSR3.

Its not frame gen. Even native AA mode FSR causes this.
