Does the game have the option to increase HUD transparency?

No. You can't hide the HUD either. The console command tm doesn't work in this version, and there is no other option to hide the HUD.

No problem, and yeah it sucks. I refunded the game for this reason because I take a lot of screenshots, and I don't want the UI in them.
