Two Technical Feature Requests

Loving the game, however there are two things that I, and I’m sure many others, would like to be added if possible.

First, the option to disable the stealth vignette when you crouch (unless I missed the setting somewhere.) It makes the screen far too dark on my display and I can’t increase the brightness without ruining how the rest of the game looks.

Second, a slider for motion blur intensity. I’m a weirdo and like motion blur (I’m sure there are dozens of us out there) but even I am having a hard time keeping it on with how strong it currently is. Allowing us to tweak it to our liking would be nice.
