No long Hairstyle options?

I see no long hairstyles in the game at the character designer, but some drawings suggest long hair.

Hair length can be adjusted via sliders. But yeah, no extreme long hair 'a la Rapunzel

you can adjust the length of individual hairstyles to make them longer or shorter in the character creator
