"Repair" should be a menu / button
I was really hoping they'd add this for quality of life. It sucks having to scroll through your misc items to find the repair hammers. It would have been such a nice QOL.

stick it on your favorites bar then you wont need to go searching for it
I want to laugh, but I also remember doing it that way in the original until I realized I could put more than spells on it. Or you can do how I did it, focus solely on conjured weapons and enchanted clothing, and you'll never worry about repairs again (but this requires some investment in the mages guild to improve spells, or have fun conjuring weapons every 15 seconds :P).

It was a pain in the orginal so I guess that's why they didn't do anything about it now, but this game really needs inventory filters.

I pick all the flowers and ingredients to level up alchemy. And going through the inventory to find anything is a nightmare

Soul gems are worse. So much worse.

which ones are empty which are full? I'll never know without clicking them all!
Put repair hammers inside the hotkey wheel, as any veteran adventurer in Cyrodiil knows to do. No more dealing with the misc inventory tab.

I've got too many spells. Maybe if there were multiple hotkey wheels !

This. I just hotkey it to 8 and I'm good.

please patch the inventory menu to be easier to use.

Present day same people: if we had to suffer so do you.

this mind set bad. some things really could have used QOL improvements. I hated it back then i hate the menu today

Actually, the older menu is more manageable than this new one. It used to sub-categorize items within a certain tab based on type rather than just alphabetical, weight, or value. This is a downgrade, lol.
A unlimited "favorites" TAB in the inventory as well would have been nice. Besides the quick menu wheel.

Are any similar?

Basically - if you have 2 hotkeyed and they are both "15 ___ damage", just curious if you might be able to combine them to save a slot.

Like for example - one of the spells I had on a character combined "Chameleon 100 15 seconds" and "Summon Dremora 15 seconds" and I would basically just nope out of combat to heal up. But you could do something similar with like - invisibility and a projectile damage spell I think without breaking the invisibility (never tried that actually).

Partially, but also because they are individual. You use one and it exits the menu and you have to scroll to find the next one. Hammers don't exist the menu even if they break.

You can tell which are empty and full just by looking at the gold value. It also tells you how big the soul is.
