Game Softlocks in Shrine of The Crusader

After doing the 9 temples thing, I accessed the underwater shrine. Have got into a room where once you approach the exit, a boulder comes up in the entrance and locks you in. There's an obvious exit, but the player model is too big to fit through it. Only way to get through seems to noclip which then voids any achievements.

Quicksaving, exiting the game, and then opening it again worked for me.
